Shane currently serves as Vice President and Commercial Lender at Brighton Bank, where they are responsible for managing a portfolio of 50+ commercial banking relationships and developing market plans to attract new business. Prior to this, Shane worked as the Director of Treasury at Extra Space Storage, where they directed treasury management services and managed cash collections and payment systems. Shane also worked at U.S. Bank as the Vice President / Deposits and Payments Treasury Manager, managing relationships and evaluating clients' treasury management systems, and at Zions Bank as the Vice President - Treasury Management Team Lead, where they managed a team and oversaw a portfolio of corporate customers. Overall, Shane has significant experience in delivering financial solutions and optimizing cash flow for businesses.
Shane Giddings, CTP has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Utah. Furthermore, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Utah State University, with a focus on Banking, Economics, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law. In addition to their formal education, Shane has obtained various certifications including Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the AFP of Utah, Microsoft Office 365 from Microsoft, and Python from Google.
