Luis Lopez

Luis Lopez is the Assistant Director of Transportation at Brighton Central School District. Luis was previously a stock associate at New Balance from August 2017 to August 2019. Prior to that, they were a private contractor at Partners HealthCare from May 2017 to August 2017. From November 2016 to January 2017, they were an IS-Workplace Support Contractor at WilmerHale. In that role, they provided telephone support to all users of the Firm’s networked systems, with emphasis on Microsoft Word and other Office applications. Luis also tracked and documented user support issues in a ticketing system, monitored and followed up on assigned tickets, ensured proper resolution, end-user contact and satisfaction, and remained current with all network applications software/template/macro changes and enhancements. Luis also participated in on-call coverage on a rotating basis and in internal meetings with the Help Desk Team discussing status of projects and current issues.
