Karin Johan

Karin Johan has extensive experience in sales and education leadership within the retail and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as Market Partners at Brighton Collectibles since October 2021, Karin leads a team of 10 Regional Sales Managers overseeing a sales force of 90 Account Executives and manages over 4,000 points of distribution. Prior to this role, Karin held various senior positions at Clinique from February 2012 to August 2021, including Executive Vice-Chairman, where responsibilities included leading the sales force in the Western and Upper Midwest regions and collaborating with major retailers like Nordstrom and Sephora. Previous roles at Clinique also encompassed Vice President of Education Field Development for the Americas and Executive Director of Education Field Development. Karin holds a Master of Finance from Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SIMGE.
