Vickie Weyand

Vickie Weyand has been an Outreach Librarian at Brighton District Library since March 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Substitute Librarian at Hartand Cromaine District Library from April 2013 to March 2015. Vickie's first library job was as a Media Assistant at Brighton Area Schools from July 1998 to February 2015. Vickie was responsible for circulation, cataloging, overdue reporting, technology troubleshooting, training and supervising of student and parent volunteers. Vickie began their professional career as a Programmer/Systems Analyst/Database Administrator at Texas Instruments from July 1977 to February 1984.

They are on a team with Mark Mullinax - Genealogy & Local Vickie'story Librarian, Kate Wheeler - Teen Services Librarian, and Neal Parr - Social Media Librarian. Vickie Weyand reports to Jennifer Osborne, Head, Adult Services.
