Charlotte MacEy

Charlotte Macey is the Senior People & Culture Manager at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club since November 2019. Prior to this role, Charlotte was an HR Business Partner at Creative Assembly from December 2018 to November 2019, an HR Manager at OneFamily from November 2013 to December 2018, and an HR Assistant at Inspiring Learning from October 2012 to November 2013. With a background in HR and recruitment, Charlotte also worked as a Recruitment Assistant at The Adecco Group from May 2010 to September 2012. Charlotte obtained their CIPD in Human Resource Practice from Brighton MET in 2012 and studied at the University of Sussex from 2003 to 2006. Charlotte also attended Hove Park Sixth Form College from 2001 to 2003.
