Gina Peronto

Gina Peronto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Gina most recently worked at Brighton Jones, starting as a Talent Management Associate in April 2015 and progressing to the role of People Operations Manager. In January 2023, they became the Director of People Operations. Prior to Brighton Jones, Gina worked as an Instructor at The Bar Method from August 2014 to July 2018. Gina also has experience in Human Resources, having served as a Human Resources Generalist at Lionbridge from February 2015 to April 2015, and as a Recruiting Coordinator from April 2012 to April 2015. Before that, they worked in various roles including Human Resource Coordinator at WildTangent, Personal & Professional Assistant at Nancy Throne, and Assistant at John F Throne Insurance Marketing Inc. Gina's early work experience includes a Social Work Internship at the University of Washington Medical Center.

Gina Peronto attended Washington State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BA in Human Development. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Psychology and obtained a Certificate in Family Studies.
