Michael M. Tsai

Michael M. Tsai serves as the Regional Manager for Brighton Management since April 2015, overseeing hotels across San Gabriel Valley, San Bernardino County, LA County, and Bernalillo County, with responsibilities including management takeovers and brand conversions. Concurrently, Michael has held the position of General Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) since July 2007, earning multiple awards including the 2019 Certificate of Recognition from the California State Senate and IHG's Quality Excellence Award in 2018. Previous roles include General Manager and Front Desk Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton during various periods and management positions at Panda Restaurant Group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
