Alison Gleeson

Alison Gleeson joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in September 2019. Ms. Gleeson is the former SVP of the Americas of Cisco, responsible for more than $25 billion in annual sales. During Ms. Gleeson’s 20 years at Cisco, she led several top-performing organizations by focusing on a customer-first mentality, data-driven initiatives, and forward-looking strategies.

Ms. Gleeson maintains a commitment to professional development and inclusion and diversity in the workplace. In 2018, she received Connected World’s “Woman of IoT” award for her role in advancing the field. In 2017, she received Diversity Best Practice’s “Above and Beyond Legacy Award” and Michigan Council for Women in Technology’s “Woman of the Year Award” for her work in advancing women in IT roles.

Ms. Gleeson also serves on the Global 50 Board and the Broad College of Business Alumni Board for her alma mater, Michigan State University.
