Sloane Castleman

Sloane Castleman is an Associate at Brighton Park Capital. Sloane’s primary responsibilities include deal sourcing, completing due diligence on prospective investments, and working with portfolio companies on value creation.

Prior to joining BPC in August of 2022, Sloane was an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on growth strategy work in consumer and semiconductor industries.

Sloane graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020, where she earned dual degrees from the Business Honors Program in the McCombs Business School, as well as the Plan II Honors program in the College of Liberal Arts.
