Sean Collins-Jones Mrics

Sean Collins-Jones MRICS is a Senior Associate in the Utilities & Infrastructure team at Bruton Knowles, involved in a range of projects within the Transport, Renewable Energy, and Utility sectors since July 2025. Previously, as an Associate at Ardent: Infrastructure and Regeneration, Sean specialized in Compulsory Purchase and Development Consent Orders for Renewable Energy and Infrastructure projects from February 2023 to July 2025. Additionally, Sean served as a Senior Land & Estates Surveyor for ScottishPower, contributing to various onshore renewable energy developments from March 2023 to March 2025. Earlier roles include Senior Surveyor at United Utilities from January 2019 to February 2023 and Surveyor at Hitchcock Wright & Partners from May 2015 to January 2019. Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
