TJ Williams

TJ Williams currently serves as an Operating Partner at Brighton Park Capital and as a Managing Partner & Founder at Tamarack Growth Advisory. With extensive leadership experience in technology and sales, Williams has also held advisory roles, notably at Modal and previously served as COO of Humu (acquired by Perceptyx). As Chief Revenue Officer at Degreed, Williams achieved a revenue growth of 9x and boosted the company's valuation to $1.4 billion. Further experience includes roles at Dropbox as Head of Sales for the Americas, where a large enterprise sales organization was built, and at Google, where significant market penetration was established for Cloud services. Early career experiences include positions at Oracle, Sirius Computer Solutions, and IBM. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
