Chris Church has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to present. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as a Team Manager at HSBC and a Driving Instructor at Church School of Motoring. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Brightside Insurance as an Operations Manager, managing customer service, finance support, and customer retention teams. Since 2016, they have been working at Brightpearl, where they have held various roles including Senior Director Customer Success, Senior Director, Customer Success and Support EMEA, Senior Director of Customer Success & Support, Head of Global Support, and Customer Success Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing the overall relationship with assigned customers, increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction, and developing, preparing, and nurturing top customers for advocacy. Chris has also been responsible for owning the ticket resolution process, minimizing the impact of incidents and problems on customers, and formally documenting processes.
