Lauren Darko

Lauren Darko has a diverse work experience. Lauren worked as a Program Supervisor of Early Head Start at Brightpoint starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Children's Home + Aid in various roles including Coordinator from November 2016 to October 2019, Case Manager from April 2015 to November 2016, and Intern from January 2015 to May 2015. Lauren also served as an Academic Peer Advisor at Illinois State University- University College from September 2013 to December 2014.

Lauren Darko pursued their education at Illinois State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences. In 2014, they briefly attended the College of Lake County. In addition to their formal education, Lauren obtained a certification in CPR and First Aid from Bloomington Fire Dept in June 2021.
