Justin Lewis

Justin Lewis is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in contact center management and financial oversight. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Brightree since November 2021, Justin previously held the position of Director of the ERS Call Center at The Auto Club Group from August 2018 to November 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sr. Manager of Contact Center and Partner Operations at Brookdale, where oversight included a $4M P&L and a $10M budget. Justin has also successfully managed substantial growth and revenue increases at Apria Healthcare, along with operational roles at Agero, Inc., and Convergys, where career advancement was marked by continuous progression. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Communications from Austin Peay State University and ongoing pursuit of an MBA at Bethel University.
