Kristy Kaufman

Kristy Kaufman, MSPM, PMP®, SM, currently serves as Chief of Staff and Executive Project Manager at CareCar, a health services and technology startup focused on non-emergency medical transportation for health insurance providers and their members. In addition to their role at CareCar, Kristy has been a Graduate Course Facilitator at Boston University since June 2021. Previously, Kristy held the position of Country Manager at Roadtrip Africa, managing a boutique travel company, and Operations Project Manager at Matembezi Company, Ltd, where luxury wildlife safaris were organized. Early career experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CFO at A to Z Textile Mills, a major manufacturer of mosquito bed nets, and Lead Caller for the University of Oregon Annual Giving Program. Kristy earned a Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies with a Business Administration minor from the University of Oregon.
