Shannon Farley has extensive experience in network support and management, currently serving as Network Support Manager at BrightRidge since September 2018, overseeing Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk operations and providing network support for a municipality's electric and broadband services in Northeast Tennessee. Prior experience includes a role as Network Support Supervisor at Bvu Optinet from November 2003 to August 2018, managing a network support center for a municipality in Southwest Virginia, and earlier positions at Charter Communications and Citi, where end user support for various internet and telecommunications services was provided. Shannon Farley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from King University, completed in 2017, and attended East Tennessee State University from 1994 to 1997.
