Ollie Sheridan

Ollie Sheridan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2013 to 2015, Ollie worked as a Sales Assistant for Beach Rider Jet Boats, gaining valuable experience in customer service and sales. Following that, from 2015 to 2019, Ollie worked as a Customer Support Representative for Thesaurus Software Ltd, providing support to customers. In addition, Ollie also took on the role of Head Coach at National Schools GAA Coaching, where they coached primary school children in Gaelic football. In 2019, Ollie worked as a Membership Administrator at The Tax Institute. In 2020, Ollie returned to Thesaurus Software Ltd as a Junior Sales Executive and later as a Team Lead. Most recently, Ollie joined Bright as a Team Lead, Assistant Manager - Inside Sales, and Inside Sales Manager starting from 2021.

Ollie Sheridan attended the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business (honours) degree in Tourism and Sport Management, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

In addition to their formal education, Ollie obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as making work more meaningful, becoming indistractable, extreme focus for effective performance, managing anxiety while presenting, building self-confidence, and cold calling mastery. Ollie also obtained certifications in cold calling, improving listening skills, giving and receiving feedback, communicating with diplomacy and tact, making quick decisions, communicating to drive people to take action, being positive at work, building rapport with customers, getting things done, analyzing sales competitors, building resilience, creating a positive customer experience, interpersonal communication, and communication foundations between 2020 and 2021.
