Sanjeev Kakkar has a diverse work experience in various industries. SANJEEV started their career at DDPM Automobile LLP as a Senior Corporate Consultant B2B & B2C, where they demonstrated Volkswagen cars, explained their features, and ensured customer satisfaction. SANJEEV then worked at FMI Field Management Ireland as a Business Development Representative, focusing on expanding the customer base and promoting the company's service offerings.

Sanjeev later joined Convergys as a Technical Support Associate (British Telecom), where they resolved broadband, email, TV, telephone, and internet-related issues, while also explaining and rectifying British Telecom product bills to customers. SANJEEV then moved to Relate Software as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, responsible for logging and reporting bugs, updating the support CRM system, and providing training to customers.

Currently, Sanjeev is working at Bright as a Software Support Team Lead. In this role, they examine software problems, collaborates with product managers and developers to find solutions, and liaises with various departments within the company. SANJEEV also analyzes team and individual statistics, creates and deploys KPIs for agents, and provides technical leadership and coaching to improve metrics and quality.

Sanjeev Kakkar has a diverse education history. SANJEEV pursued this degree from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2012 to 2015. Before entering university, Sanjeev Kakkar attended Doon Cambridge School for their Intermediate degree in commerce, which they completed in 2010.
