Justyne Sweeney is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working with the Brightshores Grey Bruce Community Stroke Team since December 2023. Prior to this role, Justyne has held various occupational therapy positions, including at DMARehability and Guelph General Hospital, where responsibilities involved conducting comprehensive assessments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and discharge planning. Justyne gained significant experience through multiple internships, including roles at VON Greater Kingston and Lakeridge Health, focusing on community resources, neurological rehabilitation, and improving client independence. Justyne holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
