Ivana Veljkovic is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in project management and IT operations. Currently serving at Brightside Co since July 2020, Ivana previously worked at Conveyancing.com.au and Engagis, where significant achievements included leading cloud solution projects in partnership with Microsoft and enhancing customer service applications for major retailers. With expertise in waterfall and agile project management methodologies, Ivana has managed the complete software development lifecycle, developed functional specifications, and facilitated user acceptance testing.
