Amar Hemannur

Amar Hemannur has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and technology management. Amar is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Brightspeed since December 2021. Prior to this, Amar worked at Charles Schwab as a Senior Manager of Software Engineering from June 2019 to December 2021. Amar also held the position of Integrations Manager in the Technology department at Thomson Reuters from August 2017 to April 2019. Before that, Amar worked at Elevate as a Senior Manager of Application Development from September 2016 to July 2017. Amar has also worked at Trinity Industries, Inc. from 2008 to 2016 in various roles such as Senior Manager of Application Development, Manager of Application Development, and Solutions Architect. Amar's earlier experience includes positions at First Solar, Ohio Savings Bank, Citi, Champion Mortgage, and Kindle Banking Systems.

Amar Hemannur graduated from Bangalore University in 1994 with a degree in Computer Sciences.
