Bob Padgett

Bob Padgett currently serves as Sr Manager of Fiber Engineering and Construction at Brightspeed since May 2023, following a tenure as Manager of Network Engineering at LiveOak Fiber. Prior to that, Bob held the position of Sr Engineer at Fujitsu Network Communications and worked at CenturyLink for over 16 years in various engineering roles, focusing on Inside Plant Engineering and network maintenance. Bob's earlier experience includes a stint as Comm Tech at Qwest Communications, where responsibilities involved NOC operations, and an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps after serving as an Aviation Electronics technician. Bob's educational background includes studies at The Ohio State University at Lima.
