Cheri L. Roberts

Cheri L. Roberts is an experienced telecommunications professional currently working as an Ethernet IP NOC at Brightspeed since February 2023. Prior to this role, Cheri took a hiatus from full-time work to focus on parenting and education while serving as a Network Operation Center- Distribution Augmentation Engineer at Lumen Technologies from April 2015 to January 2021, where achievements included leading network upgrades and improving customer bandwidth. Cheri has also worked as an independent contractor for computer repair and network administration, an IT Administrator and Corporate Office Manager for a commercial property management firm, and a nationally certified college tutor.
