Kim Cochran

Kim Cochran has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and customer experience. Kim currently holds the position of Vice President Sales and Channel Management at Brightspeed since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Guthy|Renker in various roles, including Vice President Operations & Customer Experience, Vice President Customer Experience, and Sr. Director, Customer Experience & Marketing from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Guthy|Renker, they served as the Director of Marketing Strategy and Customer Care at Verizon/Frontier Communications from 2009 to 2016. Kim also had a long tenure at Verizon, where they held multiple roles in marketing and sales from 1994 to 2009.

Kim Cochran attended UC Santa Barbara in 2021, where they obtained a CX Certificate in Customer Experience. Previously, from 1988 to 1992, they studied at San Jose State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
