Kristina Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kristina began their career at Marketing Systems as a System Test Analyst in 1991. In 1996, they joined Spice System Implementation as a Project Manager. The following year, they transitioned to Spice System Owner, where they served as a Program Manager until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Process Analysis and Re-engineering as a Program Manager. Kristina then joined Lumen Technologies in 2002 and held various roles, including General Manager of Call Center Operations and General Manager of Marketing Operations. Kristina went on to become the General Manager of the Network Operations Center and later served as the Staff Administration and Project Management Leader, playing a vital role in regional field operations and managing a team of over 12,000 employees. In 2022, they moved to Brightspeed, where they initially worked as the Director of Business Operations and currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Operations Support and PMO.

Kristina Harrison attended the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in 2017, where they pursued a degree in Lean Applied to Business Processes. In 2008, they enrolled at Ottawa University and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2009. Prior to that, Kristina earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business from Ottawa University between 2000 and 2006. Kristina also obtained a Professional Project Management (PMP) certification from The George Washington University School of Business in 2000. Kristina's earlier education includes studying Economics at The Ohio State University from 1993 to 1996. Kristina completed their high school education at Madison Comprehensive High School. Additionally, Kristina obtained a certification in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2023.
