Previously, as SVP Growth and CX at Mazama, Lana drove revenue and optimized sales performance. Lana's tenure at Altice USA included roles as Vice President of Global Operations and VP B2B Inside Sales and Retention, where operational excellence and strategy development were key priorities. Lana’s foundational experience at Cablevision encompassed leadership in sales operations and support, significantly enhancing efficiency and reducing churn. Lana holds an MBA from Capella University and completed an executive education program in Cable Executive Management at Harvard Business School.
