Bob Barnes

Bob Barnes is president of ResCare Community Living, a line of business in BrightSpring Health Services family of brands. He has over 20 years of experience in the health services field and has been with BrightSpring Health Services and ResCare Community Living since July 2018.

In his current role, Barnes focuses on core operational processes and growth opportunities, supported by technology-led initiatives to drive quality, outcome-based care for the individuals ResCare Community Living supports – in hundreds of commu­nities across the country.

Barnes joined BrightSpring Health Services and ResCare Com­munity Living from Trilogy Health Services, a leading national provider of skilled nursing and assisted/senior living services, where he served as senior vice president of operations – di­recting national health care operations in the Midwest. Prior to Trilogy, Barnes served as chief operating officer at Affinity Health Services and held operational leadership roles at Guardian Elder Care.

Barnes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Mount Aloysius College and earned a nursing home administration certification from Slippery Rock University.
