Alexandra Aguirre has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Alexandra is currently working as the Director of Talent Management at BrightStar Care, where they oversee talent acquisition and retention programs for franchisees. Prior to this, Alexandra worked at AbbVie as a Senior Recruiter in Neuroscience and as a Recruiter in Talent Acquisition for Immunology. Alexandra also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sloan, where they developed sourcing and recruitment strategies. Before that, they worked as an IT Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and as a National IT Recruiter at DISYS. Alexandra's career began at The Cheesecake Factory as a Host while they were still a student at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
