Jonathan R. Horton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the National Grassroots Director for ParentalRights.org, a non-profit organization focused on passing an amendment to protect parental rights. In 2013, they transitioned to Auctions on Main, Auction Co. where they first worked as an Operations Manager and later as an Outside Bookkeeper. That same year, they joined Instrulogic Corporation as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, responsible for managing finances and infrastructure for multiple legal entities. In 2014, Jonathan briefly worked at Simms Showers LLP as an Interim Firm Administrator before becoming the Firm Administrator, overseeing administrative, HR, and finance functions. Jonathan R. later served as the Director of Business Development and Interim Billing Manager at the same company. In 2016, they established their own consulting company, Horton Business Group, LLC, where they served as President and Small Business Consultant, launching Ingenium BCS, Inc. and Enriching Web Design. Jonathan joined Ingenium BCS, Inc. in 2018 as the President and CEO, leading the team in professional service firm transformation and growth. In 2019, they took on the role of Manager of Finance & Administration for a franchisee at BrightStar Care, and also worked as a Project Analyst at Opcondys, Inc. involved in tracking project status and performing Earned Value Analysis. Jonathan R. joined Top of Virginia Regional Chamber as a Business Development Specialist in 2019, and briefly worked there to expand their sales experience. Currently, Jonathan is serving as the Interim Billing Manager at Simms Showers LLP, focusing on revenue management and system/process optimization.

Jonathan R. Horton attended Patrick Henry College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a focus on Political Theory. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include becoming a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao through LinkedIn in June 2019, QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor through Intuit Accountants in December 2018, TSheetsPRO Elite Partner Certification (Tier Two) through TSheets in December 2018, TSheetsPRO Fundamentals Certification (Tier One) through TSheets in December 2018, and TSheetsPRO Tech Certification (Tier Three) through TSheets in December 2018.
