Andrea Fox is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Management at Brightstar Lottery since July 2025, Andrea previously held the role of Senior Manager in Global Talent Management at IGT, where responsibilities included designing and implementing talent development processes for a leading global organization. Prior positions include Senior HR Business Analyst, where successful programs such as a global mobility initiative were created, and earlier roles in finance and audit at First Data Corporation, PwC, IBM, and Mitsubishi Trust. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The Open University and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Wolverhampton.
