Andrea Lalli

Andrea Lalli is a seasoned professional in Human Resources systems management, currently serving as the Global HR Systems Director at Brightstar Lottery since July 2025. Prior to this role, Andrea held multiple positions at IGT from February 2015 to July 2025, including Global HR Systems Director, Global HRIS Lead, and HR Systems Manager for Italy. Earlier career experience includes a tenure as a Management Consultant at Accenture Italia from September 2005 to February 2015. Andrea holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE, earned between 1999 and 2005, and completed studies at OTH Regensburg in 2003.
