Chris Spears

Chris Spears serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Brightstar Lottery since July 2025. Prior to this role, Chris held multiple positions at Caterpillar Inc. starting in 2010, including Group General Counsel for Commercial and International Operations and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. From October 2017 to July 2025, Chris was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at IGT. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Berea College.
