Amy Osterfeld

Amy Osterfeld currently serves as a Medication Compliance Assistant at BrightView, where responsibilities include entering prescriptions into an EMR system, completing prior authorizations, and maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA laws. In addition to this role, Amy has been the Owner and President of ATK2, Inc. since October 2009, which specializes in retail supplies for cake, candy, and cookie decorating, along with custom order baked goods. As a Co-Owner at A2 Design since March 2006, Amy provides custom-made wedding and event programs and invitations. Previous experience includes positions as an Unclaimed Funds Specialist at Western Southern Financial Group, an Educational Tutor, and various roles at Convergys Corporation. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Education/Art from The University of Toledo and two associate degrees in Fine Arts from Siena Heights University.
