Tracy Taylor has a range of experience in various roles and organizations. Tracy began their career with Parkview Health as a Coding Auditor from September 2008 to September 2012. After that, they interned at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne from January 2016 to May 2016, and then at Crossroad Child & Family Services, Inc. from August 2016 to December 2016.
Tracy then worked as a Victim Advocate at the St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney's office from January 2020 to May 2020, before joining Bridgeway Women's Center as a Domestic Violence Advocate from October 2020 to December 2020.
Tracy then moved on to Covenant House Missouri, where they worked as a Training and Compliance Specialist from January 2021 to June 2022. Currently, Tracy holds the role of Director of Training and Compliance at Epworth Children & Family Services, starting in June 2022.
Tracy Taylor's education history begins with their enrollment in Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast in 2013, where they pursued a degree in Social Work. Tracy completed their studies at Ivy Tech in 2016 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Human Services. In 2018, Tracy continued their education at Lindenwood University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Social Work degree. Tracy completed their studies at Lindenwood in 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Tracy has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they became a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders. Tracy also holds a certification as a Human Services - Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCPT) from the Center For Credentialing & Education, which they achieved in November 2020. In March 2021, they obtained certification as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from the American Red Cross. Most recently, in February 2022, Tracy became a CPI Certified Instructor through the Crisis Prevention Institute.
