Almanda Steeple

Almanda Steeple, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Almanda started their career at The Columbia Bank in 1997, where they served as Vice President - Systems Software until 2010. Following that, they joined Cardinal Bank as Vice President - Sr. Project Manager from 2010 to 2011. Afterwards, they joined The Shelter Group in 2011 as an Associate Services Manager. In the same year, they also started working at Brightview Senior Living as the Director of Associate Services until 2023. Almanda then transitioned to the role of Director of Learning and Development at Brightview Senior Living in 2023.

Almanda Steeple, SPHR attended Morgan State University from 1993 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in an unspecified field of study.
