Arnold Richman

Arnold joined The Shelter Group/Brightview Senior Living in 1995, where he led the effort to create Brightview Senior Living. Prior to joining the company, he spent 25 years as a partner of Meridian Healthcare, a privately held company that developed and managed nursing homes and related ancillary businesses. At Meridian, he was directly responsible for the management and operations of health care facilities, serving as Vice President of Operations, Executive Vice President and Chairman of the company. He has served as President of the Board of Trustees of The Park School as well as Vice Chairman of the Board and Campaign Chair of The Associated-Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore.  Arnie’s current civic involvement includes serving on the boards of Johns Hopkins Medicine, The Institute for Christian and Jewish Studies, The Baltimore Community Foundation, The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, The Baltimore Equitable Society and Cristo Rey Jesuit High School. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
