Jason Fitch

Jason Fitch is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in dining services and culinary management. Currently serving as the Dining Service Director at Brightview Senior Living since June 2024, Jason previously held positions as Traveling Executive Chef and Director of Dining Experience at Senior Living Residences from June 2018 to May 2024. Jason's earlier experience includes roles as Executive Chef at Aramark Tufts Medical Center and at Aramark New England Conservatory of Music, and various positions including Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef at Columbus Hospitality Group from December 1999 to December 2015. Jason holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Newbury College and a high school diploma from Dracut High School.
