Katherine George, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 17 years of work experience in the HR field. Katherine currently works at Brightview Senior Living, where they have held several roles since starting in 2011. These roles include Manager of Associate Services, HRIS Manager, and HR Project Manager. As the HR Project Manager, Katherine is responsible for leading and facilitating multiple HR projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful and timely completion. Prior to working at Brightview Senior Living, Katherine worked as an HR Specialist-Training at RWD Technologies from 2009 to 2011 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad from 2004 to 2009. Katherine also gained experience as a Development Event Management Intern at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in 2004.

Katherine George, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Towson University, where they attended from 1999 to 2004. Katherine also holds additional certifications including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained from SHRM in April 2015, and the PHR Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2011.
