Laura Stewart

Laura Stewart has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laura began their career as an Emergency Department RN at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in 1998 and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined Greater Baltimore Medical Center as a MICU RN for a year. From 2006 to 2009, Laura served as a Nursing Support Coordinator at UM Upper Chesapeake Health. Laura then held the role of Director Acute Care Services at the same company from 2009 to 2011. Following this, Laura became the Director of Nursing-Emergency Department at UM Upper Chesapeake Health from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Laura transitioned to Brightview Senior Living, where they worked as an Executive Director until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Senior Executive Director at Brightview Senior Living. Currently, Laura holds the position of Regional Director of Operations at Brightview Senior Living starting in 2023.

Laura Stewart has a diverse education history. In 1993, they started their undergraduate studies at Mount Saint Mary's College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology. Laura successfully completed their program in 1997. Following that, in 1997-1998, Laura attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
