Lisa Ross

Lisa Ross has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lisa started their career in 1992 at Transamerica Insurance Finance Corp, where they worked as a Regional Business Director. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer service centers, meeting quotas, streamlining production, and developing strategic plans. Lisa also managed a team of 6 area managers and 50 team members.

Lisa then moved on to work at St. Pius X Church as a Development, Events, and Communications employee from 2010 to 2020.

Currently, Lisa is employed at Brightview Senior Living as a Lead Concierge and Business Office Director. In their role, they provide service and problem-solving to residents and guests, coordinates accounts payable, payroll, and resident billing, and maintains resident accounts.

Lisa Ross attended the University of Maryland from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Consumer Studies.
