Jessie Fehrman

Jessie Fehrman has a diverse work experience. In 2006, they started their career as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest Communications). From 2008 to 2011, Jessie worked at CCC Information Services as a Vehicle Valuator III/Customer Service Hybrid, specializing in valuing insurance loss vehicles. During this time, they received the 2010 Quality award and earned several promotions.

From 2011 to 2017, Jessie joined Vast Broadband as an Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, and Social Media Department Supervisor. They developed and implemented a new hire sales training program, conducted training and staff development meetings, and created a commission plan to increase sales output.

Starting in 2017, Jessie worked at Behavior Care Specialists, Inc as a Billing Manager. They oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Credentialing, Intake, and Billing Departments. They also managed billing policies and procedures, monitored staff performance, and conducted financial reports and closing processes. They also manage revenue cycle policies and procedures, oversee go-live processes and system integrations for new acquisitions, and implement new policies and procedures.
