Roger Least

Roger Least has a diverse work experience, spanning across various industries. Roger is currently the Corporate Director of Dining Services at Brightview Senior Living since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a District Manager at Healthcare Services Group, Inc from October 2018 to March 2020, where they managed multiple accounts in Maryland and ensured food quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations were met. From May 2011 to July 2018, Roger served as the Sr. Director of Quality at Genesis, where they implemented quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives for skilled nursing facilities across 7 states. Before that, they were the Director of Operations at Sheraton Baltimore North from August 2008 to May 2011, focusing on financial and operational performance and guest satisfaction. Roger started their career at Crowne Plaza Baltimore in February 2001 as the Director of Operations, overseeing various departments and managing the Guest Service staff.
