Juhyun Lee

Juhyun Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Juhyun is currently working as a Principal Optics Engineer at Bright View Technologies since April 2018. Before this, they held the position of Senior Optical Engineer at Rambus from July 2012 to February 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Research Specialist at Dow from April 2010 to June 2012. Juhyun also worked as a Senior Scientist at Rohm and Haas from October 2007 to April 2010. Juhyun has experience at academic institutions as well, serving as a Research Scientist in Photonics and Display Optics at the University of Central Florida, CREOL from January 2005 to October 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as Senior Technical Staff at Samsung Electronics, Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology from June 2002 to January 2005. Juhyun also held the roles of R&D Director/CTO at OptraWave, Inc. from July 2001 to April 2002, and Senior Researcher/R&D Director at Smart Display, Co. from January 2000 to June 2001. Juhyun started their career as an Associate Researcher at Seoul National University, ISRC from August 1997 to January 2000.

Juhyun Lee has a strong educational background in the field of physics and engineering. Juhyun pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at Sogang University from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they continued their education at the same university, obtaining their Master of Science degree in Nonlinear Optics from 1990 to 1992. Juhyun then went on to complete their Ph.D. in Liquid Crystal Physics and LCD Engineering at Sogang University from 1992 to 1997.

Additionally, Juhyun Lee has furthered their professional skills by obtaining a certification in Leadership Development Programs from The Wharton School in March 2020.
