Alexandra Schmid, MBA, SPHR, serves as Head of Talent Management & Organization Development at BrightView Landscapes since September 2025, focusing on aligning talent strategy with business priorities. Previously, Alexandra led global talent management and organization effectiveness teams at Eastman for a decade, where responsibilities included enhancing organizational capability and culture to align with strategic goals. Experience at GSK involved directing various initiatives that fostered a high-performance culture and capabilities across a large workforce. Earlier roles include leadership in talent management at Wyeth and senior consulting positions at Accenture, where Alexandra specialized in human performance and change management.
