Kate Canty

Kate Canty serves as the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at BrightView Landscapes since June 2019. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Director of Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits at Five Below from May 2016 to June 2019. Kate's extensive experience in compensation and benefits leadership includes positions such as Director of Compensation at Pep Boys and Benefits and Compensation Manager, as well as a role as a Benefits Analyst at Kulicke and Soffa. Earlier career experiences include various human resources roles at Brown Brothers Harriman, Hunt Alternatives Fund, Gradient Corporation, and The Olin Center. Kate earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Education from Northeastern University.
