Tomas A. Kuehn

Tomas A. Kuehn serves as Vice President and Sr. Associate General Counsel at BrightView Landscapes since March 2016 and has been an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Pepperdine University since August 2016. Prior to this, Tomas held the position of Vice President and Corporate Counsel at ValleyCrest Companies from July 2010 to March 2016, specializing in legal support for various divisions within the company. Experience also includes working as a Consultant for URS Corporation from December 2008 to July 2010, focusing on construction program management and dispute resolution. Earlier in the career, Tomas was an Attorney at Gibbs, Giden, Locher, Turner & Senet LLP from September 1999 to December 2008, handling a wide array of business and construction disputes. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara.
