Caitlin Harkins Ryba

Caitlin Harkins Ryba has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Agency Operations Support Manager at Brightway Insurance since July 2013, where responsibilities have included roles such as Cross Functional Team Manager and Unit Lead. Previous experience includes serving as Office Manager at Medi MD Wellness Center from February 2012 to March 2013, managing office schedules, medical billing, and training new employees. Caitlin also worked as Events Coordinator for The Samaritan Team, where event management for fundraising initiatives was a key responsibility. Educationally, Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design, complemented by a high school diploma from Flagler Palm Coast High School.
