Joy Pugh

Joy Pugh has extensive experience in various roles in customer service, administrative support, and vendor management. Joy has worked at Vistakon, Bank of America, Lexus of Jacksonville, ADT, and currently at Brightway Insurance. In their current role as Vendor Success Manager, Joy provides support and consultation on contractual documents and processes, analyzes supplier performance, and ensures compliance with service level agreements. Additionally, Joy has previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Team Lead in customer service-related positions.
