INPATIENT CARE We provide specialized, short-term inpatient care for senior adults with conditions that include anxiety, psychosis, schizophrenia, behavior disturbances, and depression. TREATMENT Our multidisciplinary treatment team works alongside our patients and their families to set individualized goals, needs, and progress. Treatment is on a short-term, inpatient basis and consists of group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, daily activities, and medication evaluation. Our treatment team includes a psychiatrist, medical doctor, registered nurses, occupational/speech/physical therapists, and more. 24/7 REFERRALS AND ADMISSIONS Our Nurse Liaison Team is available for round-the-clock referrals and assessments. Referrals may be made by providers, patients, or families. A physician's order is not required.Once a referral call is made, we will promptly provide the following: on-site or remote assessment, phone calls and paperwork with POA/patient/family, arrange transportation, and post-discharge follow-up.
