Ben Grier, MBA, is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in business management and blockchain technology. They served as Operations Manager at Ravenox from 2014 to 2016, followed by a role as Senior Fleet CFA at Norwegian Cruise Line until 2021. From 2021 to 2024, Ben was Operations Manager at Exodus, and currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Brightwell. In addition, Ben is the founder of Hashping, based in Boulder, Colorado, and has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Samford University, as well as an MBA in International Business from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
